Enquiries & Quotations

We may request information about event dates, locations, participants, songs, performance requirements and rehearsal preferences to understand the proposed work.

Clients are encouraged to communicate participant availability, relevant physical limitations and other practical requirements before rehearsals begin.

Choreography and rehearsal arrangements may need adjustment if participants, songs, performance scope or event schedules change.

Any additional work or sessions beyond the agreed scope should be discussed and approved separately.

Travel & Online Sessions

Services may be provided in person or online, depending on the booking requirements.

Travel for rehearsals or performances may be arranged where mutually agreed.

Travel-related expenses, locations, timings and other logistical requirements should be confirmed as part of the booking arrangements.

For online sessions, participants may need a suitable internet connection, device and rehearsal space.

Photos, Videos & Music

Choreography services may involve music, photographs, recordings or other creative materials.

By confirming a choreography booking with Dance Destiination, the customer agrees that photographs and videos of performances associated with the booking may be used by Dance Destiination to showcase and promote its choreography services, including on its website, social media, portfolio and other promotional materials. This provision is subject to applicable law, privacy and consent requirements, and the rights of individuals appearing in the content. The customer should inform us before recording or publication of any restrictions or permissions requiring attention.

The ownership and permitted use of third-party music, recordings and other protected materials remain subject to applicable intellectual property rights and licensing requirements.

Any specific recording, sharing or publication arrangements should be confirmed between the relevant parties.
